StudioNorth, Inc. (“StudioNorth”, “we”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (“Policy”).

If the successor sends you such a notification, it will include an opportunity for you to opt out. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Our Site may contain links to, or otherwise allow you to interact with, certain third-party websites, applications, and services that are not owned or controlled by StudioNorth (each a “Third-Party Service”). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these Third-Party Services, and we encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any such Third-Party Service that you choose to use.

Information Security

StudioNorth has implemented commercially reasonable security and backup measures to protect the information submitted to us and secure it from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

Yet no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage and security is 100% secure. While we always strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information, or that such Personal Information has otherwise been inadvertently collected, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.
