  • Example prompts and red flags
  • “How we escalate” drills
  • A clear way to report issues without blame

External engagement: Trust does not stop at your firewall

If you want customers to rely on AI-assisted decisions, they need transparency. Regulators need evidence. Partners need clarity.

External engagement looks like:

  • Public-facing disclosures for material AI use
